This New home construction was based on a previous model proposed by the project's general contractor. The modifications we made were to modify the Interior configuration of the home and to plan out new cabinetry designs. We optimized the main floor by removing the second Bedroom. This gave us the opportunity to create a bigger kitchen, bathroom and Master Bedroom with a Walk-In Closet. The Basement was transformed into a 1 bedroom rental. Our soft and warm theme for this home was based on a traditional southern color scheme.
